The RoleAs a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with senior team members.
- Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
- Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
- Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.
We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently.
- At least 1+ year of experience in a primary market research environment, with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients. At least 2 years of SRE experience from a consultancy is crucial.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a small, collaborative team.

- Must have the full right to work in the UK and presently be based here – required.
- Salary £30,000–£40,000 (depending on years of experience) + discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working (London-based role)
