Overview
One of the top global investment banks is now looking to add a VP-level Real Estate Equity Research analyst to their London team.
The focus of the role will be the coverage of listed European real estate companies. The role will focus on advising the bank's hedge fund and asset management client base on their investments in major listed European companies.
On a daily basis, this will involve writing pieces of research, speaking with clients and visiting the companies you cover. The role will cover stocks from the start.
Responsibilities- Write research pieces on listed European real estate companies.
- Engage with clients and visit covered companies to gather information and insights.
- Equity research analysts from other firms.
- Equity analysts from buyside firms.
- Experience of analyzing companies in the real estate sector.
