Substrate is building an AI-native automated lab that produces biological data s role focuses on bench protein science, from DNA design to QC, developing workflows that will eventually run on automation.
You will work with automation engineering and software teams, starting hands-on and growing into protocol authorship over twelve months. You’ll contribute to SOPs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help interview scientists joining the lab as the vertical expands.
