  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with funders, industry bodies, and key organisations including society publishers.
  • Contribute to SSRN's positioning as a trusted and recommended preprint server.
  • Contribute to internal strategic projects to improve workflows, standards, and best practices.
  • Support high‑impact initiatives, including AI‑led projects and policy implementation.
  • Work cross‑functionally to improve discoverability and indexing (e.g. Pub Med, Web of Science).
  • Support the Director in identifying and progressing opportunities for global expansion, particularly in China and India.
  • Liaise with analytics and processing teams to inform strategic decisions and progress.
Qualifications
  • Experience in scholarly publishing or preprints.
  • Strong understanding of policy, funder requirements, and the research ecosystem.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence external stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to strategic and cross‑functional projects.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable driving initiatives independently.
