Position overview
Welcomed into a friendly team of 3 neonatal consultants, specialist registrars/clinical fellows, a matron and experienced transport nurses, with support staff from St John Ambulance Service.
Key responsibilities- Commence with an induction programme and ride‑out shifts with support.
- Work rotation between dual and single‑clinician teams (days, nights and weekends).
- Lead by example as an expert specialist neonatal nurse on the Neonatal Transfer Team for London.
- Facilitate neonatal transfers across London and the Southeast.
Full and part‑time options can be discussed. Observation ride‑outs are available. Secondment opportunities exist within the PCCU, NICU and the wider Children’s hospital.
