Cleo is seeking a strategic Research Ops Lead to design, build, and scale the engine behind our Research team. You will orchestrate an Insights Architecture, manage global vendor contracts, and automate workflows to accelerate research velocity.
As a systems thinker, you’ll bridge Procurement, Legal, Product Analytics, and User Research to remove friction across the research lifecycle and enable broader teams to run safe, compliant studies with guardrails in place.
