Market Research and AI Transformation Lead

• Lead quantitative market research projects from brief through to delivery
• Own and evolve key reporting outputs
• Analyse and interpret data independently and with teams
• Identify opportunities to use AI-led approaches
• Work closely with Senior Brand Managers and wider Marketing teams
• Manage third-party research suppliers
• Proactively spot opportunities for research to shape decisions
• Support non-research colleagues with self-service projects

• Significant hands‑on experience in a market research role
• Strong quantitative research capability
• Experience implementing or experimenting with AI-led approaches
• Confidence designing research methodologies and writing surveys
• Ability to combine multiple data sources into a coherent story
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional partners
• Bonus points for multi‑market research experience
