Substrate seeks functional genomics scientists to develop, validate, and operate screening workflows at the bench, from manual steps to automated execution on workcells. You will design, run, and optimize cell-based screens integral to foundation-model-enabled pipelines.
You will work with automation and software teams, author SOPs, and help transition processes to autonomous operation while maintaining strict reproducibility and data integrity.
