The Consulting team sits at the heart of Ipsos Karian & Box, helping organisations understand what employees think, feel and experience combine employee research, consulting and listening technology expertise to help world leading organisations drive meaningful change.
- IK & B was founded in 2006 and has been part of Ipsos since October 2001 with the ambition to grow the business globally and take our research solutions to the next level.
- IK & B employs around 90 people, 20 of which in the consulting team. Consultants are supported by analysts, designers, project managers and data scientists.
- We work across sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing and the Public Sector.
- We deliver engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle listening, culture research and organisational diagnostics.
- We are platform agnostic and partner with a number of leading employee listening platforms including Qualtrics, Viva Glint, Perceptyx and Medallia.
The Consulting team partners with some of the world's leading organisations to understand and improve employee experience. From day one, you'll support live client projects spanning employee engagement, culture, leadership and organisational change.
This is a varied role where you'll support the delivery of employee research programmes for leading organisations.
Your role will include:
- Supporting engagement, pulse and lifecycle listening programmes.
- Helping develop questionnaires, discussion guides and research materials.
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Partnering with analysts to identify key themes, insights and data-led narratives.
- Creating presentations, reports and client-ready outputs.
- Supporting workshops, client meetings and presentations.
- Working with consultants, analysts and project managers to deliver projects successfully.
- Learning how leading organisations use employee listening technology and AI to improve decision-making.
- Contributing to thought leadership and proposition development.
