Mercor is building a UK-based benchmark to test AI systems on real scientific workflows in Computational Seismology and Geophysics. You will design graduate-level problems using open-source tools (SPECFEM, Obs Py, Pyrocko, SimPEG, pyGIMLi, Seis Bench, EQcorrscan, Fatiando a Terra) for seismic wave propagation, full-waveform inversion, and related tasks.
