Lab Genius Therapeutics, based in London, seeks a kinetics expert to lead antibody binding characterization and to build a world-class platform from the ground up. You will drive high-resolution kinetic screening and hands-on development of Biacore/BLI workflows, feeding ML models with precise measurements.
You’ll own automated biophysical assays, stress-test binders for clinical readiness, and work with data science to translate sensor data into actionable insights for lead optimization.
