Value and Access Specialist

• Engage with local market access teams to understand and synthesise requirements for real world evidence and localisation of economic analyses
• Provide strategic planning for value strategies across countries and for market expansion
• Collaborate with medical affairs and marketing teams to support evidence generation planning and provide market access input
• Own Budget Impact Modelling models, including in-house development of original analyses and adaptation of existing Excel-based models
• Review locally generated real-world evidence and economic analyses and apply knowledge across geographies
• Lead value demonstration and provide content for country reimbursement submissions and support localisation
• Support dissemination and use of economic analyses with local market access teams
• Support publication planning and dissemination of evidence in peer-reviewed journals and at scientific conferences
• Interface with departments to incorporate value strategies into market access plans to gain reimbursement, support policy, and protect or build price
• Collaborate with countries on real-world evidence and health economics data generation and dissemination

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
• Proven business experience working within HEOR across the payer and payer influencer stakeholder group
• In-depth understanding of health policy and HEOR publication strategies
• Expertise in health services research, database analysis design and coding
• Experience in using statistical methods for study analysis
• Experience working on Global Value Dossiers and/or submissions to payers and technology appraisal bodies
• Skilled in developing and articulating value propositions to clinical and non-clinical healthcare stakeholders
• Competent in appraising and synthesising clinical and economic information
• Experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device space
• EU or Global experience is required

Demonstrates expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), with a strong focus on developing value strategies and conducting economic analyses for market access. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate real-world evidence and support reimbursement submissions.
