Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end research projects, from problem definition and scoping through to synthesis, recommendations, and stakeholder engagement, to answer B2B, B2C and internal research questions:
- Frame ambiguous or complex problems, identifying the most appropriate research approach and defining clear next steps.
- Plan and execute a range of qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews, usability testing, and concept testing, to uncover customer needs, behaviours, and motivations.
- Collaborate with the CRO (conversion rate optimisation) team to combine qualitative and quantitative insights, generating actionable opportunities. Contributes to quantitative methods such as survey design or A/B test input where needed.
- Analyze qualitative data to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Document research findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders, translating insights into recommendations that directly inform product and business decisions.
- Support product and design teams in applying research effectively, helping them access, interpret and act on insights.
- Maintain and contribute to our research repository in Dovetail, keeping insights accessible and reusable across teams.
- Prioritise and manage multiple concurrent research projects, balancing competing timelines without compromising quality.Work with key stakeholders across the organisation - including design, marketing, product, sales, and engineering - acting as the voice of the customer and championing their needs, to help our prioritised work streams deliver user-centred solutions that improve experience and conversion, and align to business goals.
Design and facilitate UX workshops, allowing teams to take action on the insights delivered.
Collaborate with the wider UX team to deliver effective and efficient work across the business.

Proven experience working as a Senior User Researcher in cross-functional teams delivering user-centred products.
Demonstrable application of qualitative research methods including in-depth user interviews, usability testing, both unmoderated and moderated.
Knowledge of quantitative research methods such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, and survey design.
