Barista;

Searcys is looking for a Barista to join the team at Allen & Overy Shearman LLP, a global law firm. Our Barista will be based at the Allen & Overy Shearman LLP location. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. £30,680 per annum. The barista has waiting staff responsibilities and is the face of our business. Your friendly approach and willingness to provide fantastic service at all times make you an integral part of our company. As part of your role you will be expected to deliver evening bar services on a rota basis.

• Drink preparation
• Taking orders and serving food and drink
• Promoting new product
• Dealing with client
• Handling payment
• Assist managers in essential food and drinks preparation
• Stock shelves and ensure the front of the house is appealing and inviting
• Reasonable requests from management

• Client service experience
• A can‑do attitude
• Barista experience would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Reliable and able to work well within a team
