We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to play a key role as part of the mobilisation team for a flagship hospitality operation in North London, working with one of the world’s most influential technology, search engine and advertising companies!

£60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience

• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team to achieve consistently high standards.
• Support the strategic planning and recruitment of new team members for the upcoming site, working closely with senior stakeholders to build an elite team
• Collaborate with a team of 50+ culinary and service professionals to deliver fine dining–level experiences.
• Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion and care.
• Drive operational efficiency and structure while maintaining a warm, human approach.

• Monday – Friday, 40 hours on site, no weekends!
• Training and Development courses to continually learn on the job
• 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (plus your Birthday off on us of course!)
