Since 2006 we’ve been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. We became B Corp certified in 2022 and are the only restaurant group in the UK to place in the Best Companies for 13 consecutive years, meaning we have some of the happiest people in the industry working here!

This is alongside raising over £1million for Action Against Hunger and being rated as one of the most sustainable groups in the country. We’re passionate about developing our people and invest heavily in learning and development – many of our chefs started out as Kitchen Porters, so this is a great entry point into a professional kitchen.

• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing pots, pans and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors and bins
• Help chefs with basic prep and deliveries
• Support with recycling and waste management
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed
