Starting as a street food trader, it has evolved into a thriving restaurant with a wood-fire smoker at its core. With over 10 years in the business, its Shoreditch location is a staple of London’s food scene, known for its bold, moody aesthetic and memorable atmosphere.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our established team. The ideal candidate radiates warmth for people and thrives on the adrenaline of a busy service. • Routine maintenance of the bar area, including stock take, hygiene maintenance and prep for service.
• Interact with and serve customers during service.
• Be an ambassador for our brand at all times through exceptional hosting skills and service.
• Work with the bar manager to keep our drink offering fresh and competitive.

• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
