Responsibilities- Lead the services in the restaurant as a floor-focused RM.
- Support and mentor a junior supervisor to help them progress into an RM role.
- Passion for good food, beer, and wine.
- No prior pub experience required; keen to learn and grow into an RM role.
- Sunday evenings and Mondays off.
- Group known for sustainability, accolades, and a development-led culture.
