We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie
. If you're enthusiastic about creating exceptional desserts and pastries and thrive in a high-energy, collaborative kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you!

The Pastry Chef de Partie is to support the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry section of the kitchen and ensuring high-quality preparation, baking, and presentation of all desserts, pastries, and baked goods in line with the restaurant’s standards.

• Skills:
  
  A passion for creating exquisite pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail.
• Work Ethic:
  Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and the Executive Pastry Chef.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques.
• Legal Right to Work:
  Must have legal rights to work in the UK.
