We are looking for an experienced
Deputy General Manager to work with us in our London Venue Sector.

Working Pattern:40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days.

Managing high-volume food operations with teams of 100 to 200 people.

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
• Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
