Key Responsibilities:
- Produce consistently high-quality coffee..
- Manage and support the barista team during service..
- Create and manage the weekly staff rota..
- Monitor stock levels and prepare shopping lists three times per week..
- Ensure coffee machines and grinders are properly calibrated, informing management when servicing is needed..
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service..
- Previous experience as a senior or head barista..
- Strong skills in espresso and milk texturing..
- Confidence in managing a small team and handling busy services..
- Organized, reliable, and proactive..
- A friendly, supportive working environment..
- An opportunity to lead the coffee program in an independent café.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
Salary: £13.5 – £14.5 hourly
