Two restaurants in one building, where OMA is inspired by the fishing villages and shores of the Greek isles and further Levant, and AGORA is inspired by the energy of Athens’s markets and streets. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bartender to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. • Routine maintenance of the bar area, including stock take, hygiene maintenance and prepping for service.
• Interacting with and serving customers during service.
• Be an ambassador for our brand at all times, through exceptional hosting skills and service.
• Working with the head bartender to keep out drinks offering fresh and competitive.

Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
