Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our fresh pasta fast‑food restaurant. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and passionate about food quality, customer service, and team leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and sales targets.

• Previous experience in fast food or casual dining management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

• Employment: Full‑time
• Schedule: 6 days a week – 54 hours a week
• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 yearly
• Starting time: Immediate start!
