A busy thoroughfare, the Mezzanine is home to Indigo, our signature restaurant and neighbourhood jewel as well as our Private Events and Room Service. Overseen by Head Chef Dominic Teague, the menus exemplify his penchant for British ingredients and go to extraordinary lengths to source them from independent producers who support his commitment to seasonal and sustainable cooking.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is beneficial

• Ensure all food is collected from hot pass immediately once ready and carried into the Restaurant on the butler trays
• Ensure all condiments are accompanying the side orders, main courses and starters
• Ensure that the food is served within One Aldwych standards and in accordance with the key standards
• Ensure that the Restaurant Mise en place is always clean, polished and stored in the correct manner to avoid any breakages
