We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Bar Manager to work as part of the front of house team at Bread Street Kitchen - Bishopsgate.

• You are passionate about developing interesting and innovative cocktails and drinks working with premium spirits ad ingredients.
• You support the Bar Manager in leading, developing, and motivating the team to ensure the highest levels of service are consistently delivered
• You pride yourself on having a real flair and passion for service
• You are attentive and proactive with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests, ensuring all guests having a memorable experience
