Position: Deputy Manager - Restaurant - FTS - £40K + Bonus (+tronc OTE £45K)

We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in leading a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant. If you’re passionate about great food, exceptional service, and developing strong teams — this is your opportunity to step up and shine.

The Role You’ll be at the heart of the operation — driving service standards, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. From stock control and cost management to training and team development, you’ll play a key role in delivering performance and profitability.
What We’re Looking For  
Experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Commercial awareness and stock control experience
Passion for hospitality and Pan-Asian cuisine
