• £13.85 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday between 07:00-17:00 (overtime may be available)

We are looking for Food Service Assistants to deliver a high standard of food and beverage service in a busy corporate environment. You will support the preparation, presentation, and service of food while providing a friendly and efficient experience for every customer. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to hygiene and safety, and a positive, professional approach.

• Deliver excellent customer service in all food and beverage areas
• Prepare and present food service areas to required standards
• Serve customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner
• Support food preparation with care, including special dietary requirements
• Replenish food, beverages, and service equipment as needed
• Assist with stock control, waste reduction, and sales promotion
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
• Clean utensils, counters, and equipment after service periods
• Support the setup, service, and clearing of functions and events
• Follow all company and site rules relating to health & safety, hygiene, fire, and COSHH
• Report incidents, near misses, complaints, or compliments promptly
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings
• Carry out reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors
• Performance expectations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality
• Previous food handling experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to follow health & safety procedures
• Team player with a professional attitude
• High standards of personal hygiene and presentation

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Experience working in standards-driven or compliance-led environments
