Responsibilities
- Preparing cocktail garnishes
- Making house syrups
- Clarifying cocktails & preparing solid cocktails / molecular elements
- Preparing cold food boards (charcuterie / cheese / light plates)
- Light cooking during service when required
- General kitchen & bar prep support
- Maintaining high hygiene & presentation standards
- Previous chef / kitchen experience (modern or molecular techniques preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Reliability & punctuality
- Passion for creative food & drinks
- Creative prep-focused chef role in a fast-paced cocktail environment.
