About the Role

We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team from March 2026
.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Bartender to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly while making their time with us memorable by providing friendly, flawless service throughout their experience.

• 1+ year of experience in a Bartender role, ideally within a large or multi-bar venue
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Have legal rights to work in the UK.
