Please note the work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday

• Salary - Basic salary: £16.60/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £4,500 - £5,000.
  Based on a 39 hours contract

• Regular training's
• Ensure all food preparation meets standards
• Prepare and present high quality food
• Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
• Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.
• Ability and desire to motivating Team
• Ability to work on own or in teams
