Kitchen Porter – Flexi Hours Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

• Accountable for washing, scrubbing and maintaining floors and work surfaces as well as all operational kitchen and F&B equipment, including shelving, fridges, freezers, sink units, drains and ice machines.
• Accountable to safely operate dish washing machine and compactor
• Accountable to maintain a clean and sanitary work area and preventing hazards
• Responsible to empty all garbage as appropriate, adopting the ‘clear as you go’ method of working

You are hardworking, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You take pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards and enjoy supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
