Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of food.

Keep the kitchen and cafe areas clean and tidy at all times.

Provide friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.

Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding expectations.

Remain customer-focused during service periods by being visible, approachable, and quick to fulfill customer needs.

Project a helpful attitude, acquire knowledge of food items sold, and keep areas and service counters clean and stocked.

Treat team members with respect and cooperation.

Collaborate with team members and undertake duties in kitchen and service areas to ensure effective service.

Attend food safety, health and safety, and environmental training courses as required.

Follow cleaning schedules rigorously.
