Inside our restored Edwardian building, Market Halls Victoria stretches across three vibrant floors featuring 10 kitchens, 3 buzzing bars and a rooftop terrace with station-side views. The venue is constantly alive with a mix of locals, commuters and visitors, making every shift fresh and energising. As a Bartender here, you’ll shape the guest experience from behind the bar — crafting drinks, connecting with people and setting the tone for the atmosphere.

As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:

• Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar
• Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
• Create warm, memorable guest interactions
• Follow all safety, compliance and cash-handling procedures
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced behind a bar or in a busy, guest-facing hospitality role
• Passionate about great drinks, great service and memorable guest experiences
• A confident communicator with a friendly, engaging approach
• Reliable, energetic and comfortable working under pressure
