Bartender/Barista at OPSO LTD – Marylebone, London

OPSO is a multi‑award‑winning restaurant specialising in modern Greek cuisine, wine, and contemporary design. We pride ourselves on sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients from Greece and the UK and offering exclusive Greek and international spirits and an extensive wine list.

Full‑time position (45 hours per week). Salary up to £35,000 yearly, including service charge and benefits.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to restaurant recipes.
• Maintain awareness of the food and drink menus (lunch, dinner, brunch).
• Follow service manuals and procedures.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Ensure a welcoming, personalised customer service experience.

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Experience in cocktail making and barista skills.
• Good command of English.
• Passion for hospitality and attentive customer service.
