We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie to join a Michelin Star–level, modern European kitchen in London.
This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded chef who enjoys seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and wants to work in a calm, well-organised environment that values consistency, quality, and work-life balance
.
The role will suit a chef confident on the savoury section
, who is also happy to support the pastry section when needed. Pastry here covers both snacks and desserts
, so this is not a dedicated pastry role — but some confidence with simple, well-executed sweet dishes is important.
- 3.5 days off per week
- Michelin Star–level kitchen with strong standards and structure
- Seasonal, produce-led menus with room to learn and develop
- Supportive brigade and balanced rota
- Clear progression opportunities
- Experience as a CDP or Senior CDP in a quality-driven kitchen
- Strong savoury skills with some pastry/snack experience
- Good understanding of Michelin-level standards
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Passion for seasonal cooking and continuous improvement
