What You Will Do ...
Welcome customers and introduce them to the menu
Manage table seating
Interact with customers and create a friendly dining atmosphere
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Confirm that the food items match the orders and serve them to the tables
Operate the drinks bar
Engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied and have an enjoyable dining experience
Assist with bills and payments
Attend regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers on menu changes and menu specials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Skills You Would Need ...
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
