Jamieâs Italian UK, operated by Brava Hospitality in partnership with the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, brings Jamieâs passion for great food, high-quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality to life across the UK.

At our Irving Street restaurant in London, weâre building a passionate Front of House team to help deliver the relaxed, neighbourhood-style Italian experience Jamieâs Italian is known for. Whether youâre welcoming guests, serving on the floor, mixing drinks behind the bar, or supporting service as a Busser, youâll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for every guest.

Jamieâs Italian UK started with what Italians are most proud of â fantastic dishes using recipes that have been tried, tested, and loved. Our restaurants are contemporary, informal spaces that reflect Jamieâs energy, exuberant personality, and love of Italy.

As part of our Front of House team, youâll work together to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service across the restaurant.

Depending on your role, you may:

• Welcome and seat guests as a Host
• Deliver attentive table service as Waiting Staff
• Prepare and serve drinks as a Barperson
• Support the flow of service by clearing and resetting tables as a Busser

• Delivering warm, welcoming hospitality to every guest
• Supporting smooth service flow across the restaurant
• Communicating clearly with teammates and managers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Sharing menu knowledge and recommendations (role-dependent)
• Preparing and serving food or drinks accurately (role-dependent)
• Supporting your team during busy services

Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. If youâve got the right attitude and energy, weâll give you the training and support to succeed.
