We are seeking a talented and creative Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations across an event space, deli-bar, afternoon tea, and private dining. Managing a kitchen brigade of six, you will help bring culinary precision, creative flair, and effortless standards to every plate.

The Details

• Salary: £55,000 per annum + 5% bonus scheme

• Contract: 40 hours per week (5 days out of
  7)

• Location: Central London

  • Event space service & tailored set menus (up to 200 covers)

  • Deli bar, afternoon tea and fresh counter service (5060 covers)

  • Private events and showcase functions

• Team: Leading and mentoring a talented brigade of 6 kitchen professionals

• Lead, inspire, and grow a kitchen team of six, fostering a positive, modern, and high-performance kitchen culture.

• Oversee daily kitchen execution across all offerings, from set menus, afternoon tea to the premium deli bar.
