The RoleAs the Floor Manager, you willbe responsible forthe smooth operation of the Town House Restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
Shift Pattern- This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
- The typical hours for this position will consist of07:00-16:00, 12:00-22:00 or 16:00-Close.
Salary: £33,500 Perannum plusvariableservicecharge
The Person- Up to date on current Health & Safety legislation, food hygieneregulationsand COSHH & HACCP
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
- Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
- Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role
- Experience working within a Japanese Restaurant is ideal but not essential
