Assistant Manager​/Bar Manager

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to lead the bar operation at the Mad Hatter Hotel. The successful candidate will be a natural host with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a strong table-service culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to take ownership, develop their leadership skills, and play a key role within our management team.

Experience in areas such as line cleaning, stock control, ordering, and cash management would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
