What exactly you will be doing...

• Deliver exceptional and knowledgeable wine service for every guest
• Recommend wines and assist with food & wine pairings
• Maintaining wine stock, ensuring correct storage, rotation, and handling procedures are followed
• Support the wider team with wine knowledge and training
• Help maintain the highest standards of service and presentation

• Current right to work in the UK
• Preferred: 1-2 years' experience as a Bartender in a full-service restaurant or lounge with cocktail knowledge
