An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, home to a highly regarded 2 Rosette restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a high-end environment, working with exceptional ingredients and a friendly, supportive team.

• Salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience
• 3 days off per week
• Working pattern of 3 double shifts + 1 single shift

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie within a high-end hotel, restaurant or fine dining environment
• Essential: strong fine dining experience
• Essential:
  French cuisine experience
• Passionate about food, quality and presentation
• Strong understanding of kitchen standards and section management
• Confident working independently on your section
• Professional, organised and able to work well under pressure
• A positive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
