Pastry Chef de Partie

What You’ll Do- Run the pastry section during prep and service
- Prepare and present desserts to Hawksmoor standards
- Manage mise en place and section organisation efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Support and guide Commis Chefs on the pastry section
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie within pastry
- Passionate about baking, desserts and technical precision
- Organised and calm during busy services
- Detail-focused and committed to high standards
- A supportive team player who enjoys developing others
- Keen to continue growing within a professional kitchen
