We're looking for Supervisors to help launch BAD BIRD – an exciting new fried chicken brand built around seriously good food, great people and unforgettable guest experiences. Join us from day one and play a key role in building an incredible team from the ground up.

As a Supervisor
, you'll lead by example and help keep every shift running smoothly. You'll support the management team, motivate the crew and make sure every guest receives great food, great service and a brilliant experience. Whether you're leading a busy lunch rush or coaching a new team member, you'll be someone the team can rely on.

• Lead shifts and keep the team organised, motivated and focused.
• Support the management team in delivering strong operational results.
• Run pre-shift briefings so everyone knows the plan for the day.
• Lead by example and set the standard for service, food quality and teamwork.
• Coach, train and support team members as they develop.
• Help create a fun, positive and inclusive team culture.
• Keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Handle guest queries confidently and professionally.
• Support labour planning and day-to-day shift organisation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and guest experience.
• Ensure food hygiene, HACCP, health & safety and company procedures are followed at all times.

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Leader in a fast paced hospitality environment.
• A hands on leader who enjoys getting stuck in.
• Someone who brings out the best in their team.
• Confident leading people during busy services.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and operational standards.
• Calm under pressure and confident making decisions.
