Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team at the Michelin starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay
, located in Knightsbridge.
- Have previous experience as an Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier within a Michelin Star environment
- Possess or are currently studying for a WSET Diploma or Court of Master sommelier Advance Sommelier Certificate
- Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team
- Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
