The Salad Project in London is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support a busy kitchen and ensure fresh salads meet our standards. You will prepare fresh produce, follow hygiene regulations, and help ensure there is enough hot and cold food for service periods.
The role reports to the Kitchen Manager and involves assisting senior chefs with opening/closing tasks and daily deliveries. We offer 28 days’ paid time off, a £12.75/hour rate, refer-a-friend bonus, free lunch/dinner when working,
