Restaurant Manager roleAs Restaurant Manager, you'll own your departmental P&L expense lines and work alongside senior leadership to keep brand standards and core values at the heart of everything the team does, while meeting and exceeding business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing as Restaurant Manager- Driving the numbers: Take ownership of departmental budgets and P&L lines, managing labour schedules in line with forecasts and running your cost centre with commercial confidence.
