We have a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic and motivated Reception Manager to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay at 22 Bishopsgate.

What you do as a Reception Manager:
- You're passionate about delivering fantastic and engaging service to all our guests
- You're responsible for managing the restaurant booking system, optimising covers, and ensuring all guest requests are effectively communicated to the restaurant team
- You lead, develop, and motivate the Reception team to ensure the team consistently deliver the ultimate guest experience
