• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in busy, fresh-food-focused restaurants is required, with aesthetic plating as a priority and a strong understanding of exploratory menus
• An interest in different cuisines would be beneficial. An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.
• Strong financial awareness and ordering experience
• Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP
• Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week, 5/7 days
