Dispensing OpticianAbout the Role As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will provide a high level of customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers and keep them coming back. You will work in one of our stores, reporting to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities- Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing
- Inspiring your Optical team by sharing knowledge to offer the best service
- Listening to customers’ needs and offering expertise and advice
- Helping customers choose the correct eyewear and ensuring they receive the best product suited to their needs
- Supporting the team to deliver an efficient model day and operational processes to ensure that the business trades legally
- Providing expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Passion for learning and development, completing all CPD training as part of the GOC requirement
